"This summer, my air conditioning system at my house in VA Beach was not cooling. I contacted a air conditioning company, which I did get out of the yellow pages, to please come by my house and see what the problem was. The company was located in the general area where I live. He replaced this & that and did something with the thermostat and said it was working fine. It did seemed to cool a little better for a while. Andrews to us several weeks before that so the seed had been planted. We called your company and a mechanic was out the next morning before noon, it was a very minor problem to our system luckily. The mechanic while he was there also checked out our system for Freon, etc. to make sure we would not have any problems in the near future while the weather was still so hot. He was very professional, friendly and because he his caring attitude, we will use R.S. Andrew's in the future for any problems with our A/C system.
