Helpful Tips:
- Check all your filters in the house regularly, remember to check the furnace/air handler to be sure that any filters there are also replaced.
- Keep area around your Outdoor Unit Clear. Blocking airflow robs efficiency and can hasten failure. Rinse unit with garden hose if it gets coated with grass when you mow the lawn.
- Make sure your drain lines are dripping water in the summer when the unit is cooling.
